Like a glacier with most of its body underwater, what we feel and why can seem like the ultimate mystery, with hints floating around in what we sense in the tears or the eruptions of anger, or the anxiety or depression we experience.
But the value of your emotional healthiness eclipses our imaginations. Shakespeare said, Know thyself. To come into heart peace is also to come to a place you do not want to do without.
